Climate

The dominant climate on the islands is the tropical and marine climate. The climate is also humid and its average annual temperature is 29 C. Seychelles lie outside the tropical cyclone belt. The climate depends on seasonal winds and it is also a monsoon climate. From May to October the southeast winds bring lower humidity and lower temperature (24-32C), but from November to April the humidity and temperature grow only slightly. The period from December till March is a period of heavy tropical rainfalls.
